Who Am I?

Hi, I’m Georgina.

It sound cheesy, but counselling feels like my calling, and being able to do this as a profession is truly a dream come true. My journey began back in 2020, when I started training in counselling approaches including Person-Centred, Transactional Analysis, and Gestalt therapy. Since then, I’ve worked at an NHS-funded grief counselling centre and a remote counselling service, supporting people through grief, anxiety, trauma, and general life challenges.

I take an integrative approach, which means I adapt to your unique needs rather than offering a one-size-fits-all process. Everyone is unique, and I believe in the importance of treating each client as their own person.

I’m deeply passionate about the changes counselling can bring -whether it’s finding a way through trauma, making sense of overwhelming emotions, or rebuilding confidence. If you’re open to the process, counselling can be life-changing - trust me, I’ve seen it and it’s why I do what I do.
